Psychotherapy services are tax-free in Ontario

  • Currently, I accept e-transfer and credit cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa).

  • If you would like to use insurance, please check with your insurance provider to see if your coverage includes psychotherapy services provided by Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I currently do not offer direct billing. After our session, I will provide you with an invoice that you can use to submit claims for reimbursement!

  • I do not currently offer sliding-scale therapy as the reserved spots have been filled.

Typically, the lower-cost fee structure is $100-120 per 50-minute session and is reserved for clients with financial need.

I understand that cost can be a considerable barrier for many people seeking help. I may be able to help connect you to a student-intern therapist with a lower-fee so please reach out, if you feel comfortable!

  • Currently, I offer both phone and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted through Jane.app

I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.

  • You can schedule your first call (free 15-minute consultation call) by clicking here.

If you decide to continue working with me, you can book your sessions directly with me or through the booking page.

  • Your first full session (following the consultation call) will most likely be an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. The first session may look different from your other sessions as we will take time to further discuss your goals, concerns, and any relevant background information.

  • A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is qualified to practice psychotherapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

All Registered Psychotherapists are required to complete a Master’s program, supervision hours, and a registration exam. Those with the “Qualifying” status have completed their Master’s program, and can practice psychotherapy under supervision to ensure they adhere to the CRPO’s standards.
